As a Security Officer – Hospital Patrols in Seattle, WA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer in a healthcare setting, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will play a key role in supporting a secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors while delivering exceptional customer service.

• Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for healthcare environments.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help deter unauthorized access and protect property and assets.
• Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and/or hazards in accordance with Allied Universal and client protocols.
• Assist with crowd control and help to maintain order during emergencies or high-traffic periods.
• Provide support during emergency situations, such as medical incidents or evacuations, by coordinating with staff and emergency responders as needed.

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Vaccinations are required for work in hospital environments.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
