Who We Are: The Department of Enterprise Services (DES) provides centralized business services to state government agencies; to other public entities such as cities, counties and tribes; and to Washington residents. DES’ mission is to strengthen the business of government for a sustainable and just future.

About the Opportunity:

As a Security Operations Center (SOC) Officer, you will play a critical role in monitoring surveillance video and serving as the first point of contact for incidents and activities occurring on the Capitol Campus. Working in the Capitol Security Operations Center, you will provide professional security support to law enforcement, state employees, and visitors. You will monitor Genetec CCTV systems, building automation tools, and alarm controls, dispatch emergency and non-emergency calls, and coordinate closely with Washington State Patrol and other security agencies.
