As a Security Officer - Mall Patrol Specialist in Seattle, WA
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol retail locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible to guests and staff. • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies while on patrol.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and surrounding perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance concerns encountered during patrols.
• Assist with access control, visitor management, and enforcement of location policies as directed by site management.
• Support emergency response activities as needed, including assisting with evacuations and coordinating with emergency personnel.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs and reports of daily activities and incidents encountered during patrols.

• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
  
  Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
