This role is ideal for someone with drywall, painting, or general handyman experience who's eager to step up. You'll work under experienced leads, gain new skills on the job, and help mentor others over time. We're not just hiring for a project-we're investing in your potential to lead projects and people.

We are a residential general contracting company based in Greater Seattle. Our work includes everything from drywall repair to full remodels-but our deeper mission is to train and support young adults aging out of foster care as they step into the trades. At Four Tiers Contracting, your work will have purpose beyond the project.

Visit us at:

• Complete drywall installation, patching, mudding, sanding, and painting
• Assist with residential handyman tasks like fixture installs, light carpentry, and basic repairs
• Support and learn from the Lead Handyman on day-to-day projects
• Maintain organized, clean, and safe job sites
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with the team and clients
• Take initiative and help build a collaborative team culture

• At least 1 year of hands-on construction or handyman experience
• Solid drywall and painting skills
• Able to lift and carry tools and materials safely
• Driver's license and a clean driving record
• Bondable (background check after conditional offer)
• Based within commuting distance of Greater Seattle (within 1 hour preferred)
• Owns basic tools (preferred, not required)
• Strong desire to grow into a leadership or mentoring role

• $25-$40/hour depending on experience
• Full-time, consistent year-round work
• Performance review and raise potential after 30 days
• On-the-job learning and training from experienced leads
• Opportunity to grow into site leadership or mentoring positions
