As a Journeyman Carpenter at Craftsman Builders
, you’ll play a crucial role in our team, contributing to a wide range of projects, from small residential remodels to custom builds. You’ll work closely with project managers and a talented crew to deliver high‑quality work, ensuring every project meets our standards of excellence.

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to understand project requirements.
• Measure, cut, shape, and install materials including wood, metal, and wallboard.
• Build and install frames, doors, windows, staircases, and custom structures.
• Install flooring, cabinets, and other carpentry‑related elements.
• Ensure compliance with company safety guidelines and governmental regulations.
• Perform repairs and maintenance as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely project completion.

• 3-5 years of professional carpentry experience.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, methods, and tools.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• A positive, can‑do attitude and a commitment to teamwork.
• Reliable transportation (preferably a truck or van for material transport).
• Basic hand tools and small power tools are required; larger tools provided.
• Completion of a carpentry apprenticeship or vocational program is a plus.
