Location: King County, WA (flexible work from home options available)

Responsible for cleaning and repairing HVAC ducts, ensuring optimal air distribution, and maintaining equipment and tools. HVAC experience of at least 1 year is mandatory.

• Access, remove, and clean air distribution components and equipment
• Interact with customers and vendors on sites
• Maintain an organized and well‑stocked company vehicle
• Operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment
• Regularly work on ladders of 3 ft and above
• Regularly lift 50 lbs or more
• Regularly enter, maneuver, and work in crawl spaces and confined areas
• Occasionally wear full‑face respirators

• Minimum 1 year HVAC experience (In‑home: 2 years required)
• Driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must pass a drug test for illegal substances
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Non‑smoker preferred
• Company‑funded training and certifications available

• Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour (average based on commission)

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week. 8‑hour shifts, Monday to Friday, weekends as needed.
