We are looking for an engineer to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who can perform skilled journeyman level day-to-day operation, inspections, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of facility heating, ventilation and air conditioning, and related building systems and controls.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a four‑year apprenticeship training program and journey‑level HVAC technician status
• Valid Washington state driver’s license with a fully insurable driving record
• Valid EPA universal license
• Valid EL06A HVAC/R specialty license
• Refrigeration journeyman license, type A or C
• Boiler license 4th grade or better
• Four or more years of as an HVAC/R technician in a commercial or industrial setting preferred

• Perform skilled journeyman level electrical and mechanical duties
• Set up and use journeyman level recovery equipment
• Repair refrigeration leaks, replace compressors, and other refrigeration side components
• Charge refrigeration systems
• Set up, calibrate, and use different types of test equipment related to HVAC/R
• Read and interpret building HVAC/R equipment mechanical plans, blueprints, electrical schematics, and as‑builts
• Troubleshoot hydronic boilers
