Base pay range: $100,000 – $150,000 per year.

This range is provided by Valentine Roofing. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

• Work Monday to Friday and some weekends; schedule determined by the manager.
• Pick up materials in the morning.
• Remove and dispose of existing roofing system.
• Install new roofing systems using composition shingles, metal, or PVC membrane.
• Accurately cut and install fascia boards.
• Keep job site tidy and perform final meticulous cleanup.

• Professional communication with customers and management.
• Ladder etiquette and safe use of power tools.
• Accurate measuring, cutting, and fastening of materials.
• Understanding of ventilation and proper installation.
• Problem solving on the job site.

• Valid driver’s license.
• At least 4 years of experience installing roofs.
• Capable of accurately cutting and installing fascia boards.
• Ability to lift materials weighing 75 lbs or more.
• Experience managing a roofing crew.
• Adherence to company safety standards.
