STS is looking for an experienced carpenter to join our Small Projects team.
STS specializes in restoration, remodeling and new construction for residential and commercial properties. Our Small Projects division mostly deals with short‑term jobs including water‑loss restorations, small remodels and miscellaneous repairs. With emergency work and a ton of repeat customers, we are constantly on the move.
What Does A Small Projects Carpenters Day Look Like?- Review the schedule to plan the day
- Pick up materials for the jobs of the day
- Meet with the customer
- Set up containment and site protection
- Doing carpentry, siding, rot repair, cabinet installation, or other miscellaneous construction work
- Cleaning up for the day or cleaning up to move to the next job
- +3 years of experience in carpentry or handyman work
- Restoration or water loss experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license
- Pay Rate: $30-40/hr DOE, annual bonus
- 2 weeks of PTO
- 100% covered medical

Job Site LocationsNorth‑South Seattle, WA
Schedule- Monday‑Friday
- Start Time: 6:00 am‑9:00 am depending on project
- End Time: 3:00 pm‑6:00 pm depending on project
