Houseworks Construction Company is hiring for our Carpenter position.

About Houseworks:
We are a start to finish high end residential remodeling contractor. We do residential only, with single family homes being the majority of our work. We’ve been in business for over 30 years and have given many families their dream space. Our job scope ranges from bathroom remodels to second story additions and everything in-between.

Job details:
Our Carpenters are responsible for start to finish work, this includes work pertaining to site prep, materials, demo, framing, minor concrete work, interior & exterior trim, setting windows and doors, drywall patching, cabinets, and clean up.

We prefer someone who has excellent time management, ability to delegate, experience with residential remodeling, and is a good communicator.

Our ideal candidate would be fully tooled while we have company tools for specialty applications. We do provide a tool repair program.

Since we are residential remodelers, a background check will be required upon hire.

Working Hours:

Full time (40 hours) Monday-Friday, year-round.

Commute:
Home to jobsite. Jobsite locations ranging from Edmonds, Kenmore, Woodinville, Bellevue, Issaquah, and Seattle / West Seattle. We do our best to keep the commutes local. Our office is in Maltby and where we host our safety meetings. We do reimburse for good to go tolls to lessen the burden of commuting.

Our ideal candidate would be able to commute to these locations with ease.

Requirements:

· Reliable Transportation

· Fully Tooled

· Carpentry Experience

· Ability to delegate

· Experience with concrete work, windows, doors, framing, drywall and cabinets a plus

· Clean background check
