• Pay: $40–$65/hr. ($83,200–$135,200/
  annually based off a 40 Hr. work week ) + Overtime when authorized by Leadership
• On-Call Pay: $150 per scheduled on-call shift
• Paid Time Off: Start with 48 hours, increasing to 168 hours with tenure
• Paid Holidays: 7 annually (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas)
• $3,500 cash bonus

Work in Washington’s thriving tech hub, servicing HVAC systems for clients like the University of Washington, Amazon campuses, and major hospitals. • Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems (air handlers, boilers, chillers, ice machines).
• Perform inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and equipment changeouts.
• Provide excellent customer service and accurate record-keeping.
• Use company tools: service van, iPad, iPhone.

• US work authorization required (citizen or permanent resident)
• 3–6 years commercial HVAC experience
• EPA Certification; O6A license preferred
• Constant professional, great attitude, team player, willingness to work, and learn
• Personal hand tools, drills, and Sawzall for fieldwork
• Ability to lift 75 lbs., climb ladders with 30 lbs., and work in confined spaces
• Valid driver’s license (background/drug checks required)
• Secure parking for company vehicle required, no HOA restriction

Note:

This role is primarily remote but may require travel to client sites for training, meetings, or in-person events. Overtime and adherence to safety and compliance standards are expected.
