Carpenter, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor

As a Journey-Level Carpenter, you'll work on a variety of residential and commercial projects throughout Seattle, WA. You'll be responsible for framing, finish work, repairs, and installations-bringing craftsmanship and precision to every job site. Note:

The hourly rate for this position is $37 - $39 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Frame walls, install doors, windows, and hardware
• Construct and install cabinets, partitions, and fixtures
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Collaborate with site supervisors and other trades to meet project timelines
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite
• Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations

• Minimum 8 years of commercial and residential carpentry experience
• Proficient in layout, framing, finish work, and concrete formwork
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs without reasonable accommodations and work in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Reliable transportation and own tools and tool bags
• OSHA 10 certification preferred
