The ideal candidate for this position will having the following traits:

• Effectively manage a variety of situations on a day to day basis.

The specific job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Answer service-related calls, booking service whenever possible.
• Accurate data entry of service calls and related information.
• Prioritize and assign service calls to technicians.
• Dispatch and debrief technicians regarding each job and specific details.
• Ensure a quality customer experience by relaying detailed and accurate information to technicians in field.
• Scheduling unfinished or sold work order appointments for customers.
• Coordination of scheduling with customers depending on load and availability.
• Resolving customer concerns or issues with the highest standard of customer service.
• Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions.

Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
