Bellwether Housing is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to join our Facilities Management team in Seattle. You will perform apartment and property maintenance across Bellwether properties, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and routine repairs, with opportunities to tackle renovations and unit turn projects.
The position is on-site with a Monday–Friday schedule, and requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, travel to multiple sites, and uphold Bellwether's safety and resident
