Windsor Communities seeks an Apartment Maintenance Service Tech II for The Martin in Seattle, WA. The role requires 2+ years in multi-family maintenance with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, and carpentry skills.
You must participate in rotating on-call after hours and weekends. Compensation includes an hourly starting range and an annual starting package;
Tuesday–Saturday 8am–5pm shift with on-call every other week.
