Bear Com is seeking an LMR Field Service Technician to test, commission, and support Motorola DMR systems and Public Safety DAS/BDA ERCES at enterprise sites. This travel-heavy role focuses on installing CapMAX base stations, LCP trunked systems, and related components.
You will work 80% regional travel with occasional national deployments, read RF drawings, create codeplugs, and ensure safety compliance per OSHA. Requires 3+ years Motorola DMR field service, RM tools, and valid driver's license.
