Maintenance Engineer

As a Maintenance Engineer, you’ll help keep one of downtown Seattle’s iconic commercial properties operating at its best. From handling day-to-day repairs to assisting tenants with maintenance needs, this entry-level role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands‑on problem solving and delivering great service.

The Maintenance Engineer performs building repairs and maintenance tasks, including basic preventive maintenance to the building structure and systems, including light maintenance and plumbing repair. Essential Functions include but are not limited to:

• Performs general maintenance and repairs on assigned buildings
• Orders lighting and plumbing equipment and supplies
• Performs odd jobs for tenants (e.g. including moving furniture, hanging photos)
• Performs other maintenance as directed by work orders
• Participates in the Engineering on‑call schedule
• Drives company vehicle, as needed
