Experienced Commercial Electrical Specialist

Location: Seattle, WA

Compensation: $62.00-$66.00 per hour, based on experience

• Install and maintain commercial electrical systems for new construction and tenant improvements
• Interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and technical specifications
• Install conduit, panels, lighting systems, breakers, switches, and control equipment
• Complete rough-in, finish work, and system upgrades
• Diagnose and resolve electrical issues using industry-standard testing equipment
• Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local code requirements
• Coordinate effectively with project managers, general contractors, and fellow trades
• Maintain organized work areas while documenting completed work and materials

• Completion of an accredited electrician apprenticeship
• Valid WA EL01 General Journey Level Electrician License
• Minimum 3 years of commercial electrical experience
• Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
• Excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work in a variety of construction environments

• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
• Experience with fire alarm systems, data cabling, or building automation technologies
