* * Active ARNP license, or willingness to obtain one
* Active RN and advanced practice nursing licenses, required prescribing credentials, and DEA registration
* Ability to provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, treatment planning, medication management, and timely follow-up care
* Commitment to safe, patient-centered care and high clinical, prescribing, legal, and ethical standards
* Consistent availability and timely documentation
* Willingness to participate in practice setup and coaching
* Motivation to start and grow your own private practice
* Required professional liability insurance and business credentials
* Interest in providing consistent in-person care
