To transform the way millions of users explore, interact with, and participate in live events worldwide, Stub Hub is seeking Senior Software Engineers to design and develop next-generation technologies and complex features. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be at the forefront of tackling significant, ambiguous, and non-trivial challenges as a core contributor and innovator, bringing creative technical solutions to life.

About the team:

Our Audience Intelligence crew is a band of data-obsessed engineers, ML specialists, and product thinkers who refuse to settle for fragmented customer signals. We’re architecting the unified identity graph and feature platform that gives every team at Stub Hub a near-real time, 360° view of each fan. That way decisions are powered by facts, not hunches. In short, we turn noisy click streams into high-fidelity fuel for personalization at scale.

The challenge we’re cracking: today, user data is scattered across devices, sessions, and tables. We’re building the pipelines, identity resolution, and enrichment layers that stitch it all together, update it in near-real time, and expose it as clean, versioned features any model or campaign can trust. When we’re done, marketing tech, ranking, and experimentation teams will target with surgical precision instead of a one size fits all experience.

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain impactful improvements across all Stub Hub’s platforms and products, resulting in high-quality outcomes
• Collaborate with team members to ensure best practices across our code
• Manage individual initiative priorities, deadlines, and deliverables with your technical expertise
• Mentor other team members and help many increase their technical capabilities, fostering a culture of inclusion, results-oriented execution, open innovation, and limitless creativity

• 5-6+ years of professional experience in software development
• Demonstrated expertise in building software with one or more of the following:
  Infrastructure, Databases, Data Processing, Machine Learning, Distributed Systems, Security, and Privacy
• Previous experience designing and developing solutions to complex problems with significant business impact
• A strong understanding of how their systems interact with the broader production environment, including dependencies and platform primitives
• Proven ability to learn other coding languages, platforms, frameworks, and tools
• Experience owning projects from the initial idea all the way to production
• Experience mentoring junior engineers
