• Design, architect, and build a state-of-the-art Android Ads SDK for Moloco’s supported platforms.
• Keep up to date with the latest Android updates and maintain the SDK across multiple OS versions and devices.
• Follow and lead technology evolution and requirements across prominent app platforms.
• Assist customers with SDK integrations, including maintaining customer-facing SDK documentation.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide feedback to grow the team.
• Collaborate with cross-platform teams across 11 global offices to deliver new features and functionality for customers.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or an equivalent technical field.
• 3+ years of software engineering experience, including Android.
• Proficiency in Kotlin and/or Java.
• Expert-level understanding of multithreading and networking.
• Understanding of Android internals, compilers, and optimization for lower power devices.
• Experience with agile methodologies and high-level design principles.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• A passion for mobile platforms and staying up-to-date with the latest platform developments.

• Experience building and distributing Maven packages.
• Experience publishing apps to Google Play Store.
• Experience with MRAID and/or VAST ad protocols.
• Experience building and distributing React Native and/or Unity plugins.

Base Pay Range: $156,000—$195,000 USD
