About The Role

We are looking for a Principal Frontend Engineer to drive the design and development of world-class user experiences for our AI/ML platform. This role is central to shaping how thousands of organizations build, deploy, and scale AI in production. You’ll work at the intersection of design, engineering, and machine learning, solving complex problems with elegant, performant interfaces.

As a senior technical leader, you’ll own major initiatives from concept to launch, defining best practices for frontend architecture, setting technical direction, and mentoring engineers. You’ll collaborate closely with product leaders, ML researchers, and designers to ensure our platform is as intuitive as it is powerful.

What You’ll Do

• Architect & Build at Scale:
  Lead the design and implementation of sophisticated web applications, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability for mission-critical AI workloads.
• Own End-to-End Delivery:
  Take full responsibility for key product features, from prototyping and UX refinement to production release and iteration.
• Advance Frontend Infrastructure:
  Evaluate and improve frameworks, tooling, and architecture to accelerate development while maintaining exceptional quality.
• Champion Quality & Performance:
  Drive testing, automation, and CI/CD practices to reduce time-to-production and ensure seamless user experiences.
• Collaborate Across Disciplines:
  Partner with product managers, designers, and ML engineers to translate complex workflows into intuitive interfaces.
• Mentor & Elevate:
  Guide engineers on technical design, problem solving, and navigating high-uncertainty environments, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

What We’re Looking For

• Expertise in Modern Frontend Frameworks:
  Strong proficiency in React, Angular, or similar, with mastery of JavaScript and Type Script.
• Deep Engineering
  
  Experience:
  
  Proven track record building scalable, performant, and maintainable frontend systems for SaaS or platform products.
• Systems-Level Thinking:
  Ability to evaluate trade-offs, define technical direction, and architect solutions that scale across teams and users.
• AI/ML Domain Exposure (Highly Desired):
  Familiarity with data visualization, model deployment workflows, or tools for ML/AI development.
• Collaboration & Communication:
  Experience working closely with designers and product leaders to deliver high-quality, user-focused features.
• Leadership at Scale:
  Demonstrated ability to own complex initiatives, guide peers, and establish best practices in fast-moving environments.
