As part of the front-end team, you’ll build user-centric mobile applications and play a key role in a mission-driven initiative. We revolutionized small-dollar lending; this opportunity is a chance to join the ground floor on a new product.
Responsibilities- Develop, test, and maintain scalable React Native applications for the new product.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-friendly features and product enhancements.
- Optimize app performance and resolve bugs to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Mentor other engineers and drive the adoption of coding best practices.
- 7+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in React or React Native development.
- Expertise in performance optimization, debugging, and scalable mobile app architecture.
- Experience delivering customer-facing mobile applications in a production environment (App Store, Google Play)
- Strong collaboration and mentorship skills, with a track record of fostering technical excellence.

The compensation range for this role is $177,880 - $187,760. We also offer significant stock options, comprehensive benefits, a bonus plan, commuter benefits, and a very desirable office with complimentary drinks and food options.
