Software Engineer, Frontend

• Collaborate with backend and mobile engineers, designers, and product managers to build and enhance features.
• Triage and resolve operational issues to ensure smooth operation of mission-critical web systems.
• Contribute to web platform infrastructure projects to improve system health and performance.
• Participate in recruiting activities, including interviewing potential candidates.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to other engineers on the team.

• 2-6 years of experience in a web-focused engineering role.
• Deep understanding of JavaScript, including ES5+ and native DOM APIs, and familiarity with at least one modern front-end framework (React, Vue, Angular, etc.).
• Experience with Ruby on Rails or similar server-side frameworks is a plus.
• Proven ability to work with design teams to build custom pages and components, focusing on performance and responsiveness.
• BS or MS in computer science or a related field.

• Experience with test-driven development, continuous integration, and automated testing.
• Passion for working on projects that have a measurable business impact.
