As a Software Engineering Manager you manage your project goals, contribute to product strategy and help develop your team.

With technical and leadership expertise, you manage engineers across multiple teams and locations, a large product budget and oversee the deployment of large-scale projects across multiple sites internationally.

• Develop and grow talent through hiring, mentoring, and coaching engineers.
• Manage a team of software engineers and own our core components and services.
• Drive technical projects and provide technical leadership to inspire the team to innovate.
• Collaborate across Google cloud platform (GCP) with product managers, program managers, site reliability engineering (SRE) and SWE managers to drive a common goal.
• Be a net culture add within a vibrant team of engineers.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $197,000-$291,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
