As a graduate engineer you will:

• Participate in the improvement of the search core algorithm across content understanding/matching, user behavior modeling, and video understanding using NLP, CV, and other technologies.
• Apply industry‑leading NLP and CV techniques to match the most relevant videos for each search query and continuously improve relevance.
• Solve the recommendation problem in search to increase personalization and better understand users.
• Leverage NLP, CV, and other technologies to enhance video understanding from the perspective of the video itself and its social network, improving authority, credibility, and usefulness of search results.

• Final year or recent graduate in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Must obtain and maintain work authorization in the country of employment at the time of hire.
• Proficient coding skills with a strong foundation in algorithms and data structures.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in NLP, ranking, ads, search engine, recommender systems, distributed systems, and/or machine learning.

Compensation: $112,725 – $177,840 annually (base salary varies with qualifications, skills, and location). Additional discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units may apply.
