- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
- 3 years of experience with abuse detection.
- 3 years of experience with AI algorithms.
- Experience with Generative AI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply on complex issues.

Trust and Safety (T&S) is dedicated to promoting trust in Google and ensuring user safety, and we work to proactively identify and mitigate potential harms across all Google products and services.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $166,000-$244,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
Responsibilities- Scope, design, test, and deploy new features and components that leverage AI to automate and enhance T&S operations, enabling teams to scale their user protection impact efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring a high-quality user experience.
- Work across the stack from building AI models, to performing experiments, improving quality, building infrastructure and tools, etc.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to solve ambiguous, testing, and impactful problems at intersection of technology, automation, user protection, and AI.
- Participate in code reviews, receive and give constructive feedback to peers.
