You will be playing a crucial role in developing the next generation contact center and get the opportunity to design and deliver scalable resilient systems while maintaining a constant customer focus.

As a developer on our team you'll own code end-to-end from design to development and work closely with senior technical leaders within the team and across AWS. You'll have a sound understanding of computer science fundamentals and practical industry experience working across the stack with technology involving modern web, SOA, No

SQL databases, AI, ML, Big Data, and more.

We build backend services for Amazon Connect Amazon's cloud contact center platform used by thousands of organizations worldwide. Our customers range from small businesses to some of the largest enterprises on the planet and the tools we build are used by contact center agents and supervisors every day.

Our team works across multiple areas of the Connect platform owning services end-to-end from design through operations. We're a small close-knit engineering team based in Seattle that moves fast ships often and takes pride in building systems that are reliable and simple to operate.

We actively use AI to accelerate our work. Whether it's writing code, exploring designs, or automating operational tasks, we integrate AI tools into our daily workflows and encourage experimentation with new approaches.

• Design develop and maintain highly available scalable backend services that power Amazon Connect's customer-facing features
• Own the full software development lifecycle for assigned projects from technical design through deployment and operational excellence
