Are you ready to empower women to feel strong, confident, and capable? Do you thrive on connection, energy, and making a meaningful impact? If so, we’d love to welcome you to the MBodied Strength team.
Who We AreAt MBodied Strength, we’re more than a gym—we’re a community. As Seattle’s #1 Personal Training Studio for busy women, we help our clients gain strength and trust in their bodies. Our approach combines strength training, interval training, mobility, and stability work in a supportive and inclusive environment.
Our mission is to educate, inspire, and empower women to build sustainable habits, achieve lasting results, and feel fearless in their movement.
We don’t just train bodies—we build confidence, resilience, and a belief in the limitless potential every person who walks through our doors.
What We ValueWe are bold and intrepid. We face challenges head‑on and commit to the process, (we don’t let fear hold us back).
We grow through commitment. We act with intention, learn from every experience, and hold each other to high standards (we don’t take shortcuts or skip hard conversations).
We mean it. Integrity matters. We foster a culture of safety and respect (we don’t tolerate problematic behavior).
We collaborate for success. We say “yes‑and” when it aligns with our mission. We lift each other up and ask for help (we don’t let the “stronger” do it alone).
