• Deliver comprehensive physical education, skill-based training, and strength and conditioning programs.
• Provide professional instruction in each class while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
• Adapt instruction to accommodate various fitness levels, creating a safe, enjoyable, and encouraging experience for all participants.
• Ensure student safety and provide ongoing motivation and support.
• Monitor and track student progress based on the school's curriculum and requirements.
• Attend weekly and monthly 1:1 meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Previous experience working with youth sports preferred.
• Nationally recognized personal training or Group Instructor certification (e.g., ISSA, NASM, ACE, ACSM) preferred.
• CPR/AED certification.
• Demonstrated knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition a plus.
• Team player and collaborative with others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
