- Compliance with all Bishop Blanchet HS and WSLA policies and procedures.
- Supervision of student-athletes during all team activities.
- Coaches need to be available between the hours of 3-9pm for practice and games (Monday-Saturday).
- Effective communication with players, coaching colleagues, and parents.
- Promotion of sportsmanship, camaraderie, and fair play among team members.
- Developing players through skill development.
- Teaching the rules of the game and technique to improve player development.
- Summer Activities and Camp participation is encouraged with the job.

This is a Spring sport; the season runs from Feb 23, 2026 - May 15, 2026.
Qualifications- Applicants with previous coaching experience at the high school level preferred.
- 21 years or older.
- Possessing a valid Washington State driver’s license.
- Current First Aid/CPR/AED certification preferred.
- Requires ability to work within the stated practice/game hours and foster a positive student-athlete experience.

$2000-$2500 Stipend
We offer competitive stipends that are paid in one installment, halfway through the competition season. We also offer access to professional development and BBHS Athletics Apparel. This position is not benefits eligible.
