Vice Athletics was founded in 2018. We work with a wide variety of athletes and adults, post PT/rehab, chiropractic partnerships as well as teams and clubs.
Role DescriptionThis is a part-time on-site role located in Seattle, WA, for a Performance Coach. The Performance Coach will oversee athletic and adult training sessions, contribute to the design and implement strength and conditioning plans, provide personalized coaching to athletes and adults to optimize performance, and monitor progress. The coach will also collaborate with the team to ensure alignment with established goals for performance and development.
Qualifications- Strong expertise in Athletic Performance, Functional Training and large/small group training.
- Proficiency in Strength & Conditioning methodologies, with practical application experience
- Excellent communication and motivational skills to support and inspire athletes and teams
- Relevant certifications in strength and conditioning, coaching, or related fields are highly preferred
- Strong collaborator and independent problem solver
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, Kinesiology, or a related discipline is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment and manage flexible working hours. Some early mornings and weekends will be required
