Operate commercial vehicles transferring donation containers and/or processed goods in a safe and efficient manner.

• Drive commercial vehicles to designated locations including inner city traffic.
• Drive and maintain company vehicles in a safe, efficient manner.
• Transport donation containers from ADS site to plant or outside stores.
• Transport processed goods to outlying stores.
• Transport waste to transfer station.
• Pick up special donations and deliver goods as requested.
• Build and maintain internal and external customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate safe work practices; report hazards or accidents.
• Adhere to Seattle Goodwill and DOT rules and regulations.
• Perform production worker functions when needed.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 2 years driving experience
• Current WA state driver’s license
• Must be able to pass Pre-Employment drug and alcohol test

• Lifting and carrying 30–40 pounds; fine motor control
• Standing for long periods; frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, stooping, squatting
• Able to travel across uneven terrain

• Organizing, sorting, categorizing, counting, adding, subtracting
• Interpreting data, problem solving, communication
• Creating and completing written communication and orders

Indoor/outdoor environment, temperature varies, exposure to dust.

Skilled (1–3 years) or Expert (extensive experience).
