BasePay Range
$22.00/hr - $24.00/hr
Job Summary: Laborers are focused on the general upkeep and maintenance of our yard/site in all weather conditions. Must be able to use a smart device and adapt to our inventory technology. A typical workday begins at 5:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. Required work hours are determined by the workload of the day, typically 8‑10 hours per day. General Laborer/Yard Maintenance Technicians are trained in all areas of yard/site operations to include pressure washing assets, data entry, inventory management, plastic welding, and driving.
Dutiesand Responsibilities
- Pressure washing (50%) and repairing, sorting, and inspecting waste/recycling containers (50%)
- Inventory management of waste/recycling containers, including data entry
- Operating forklifts is a plus but not required
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced work environment
- Requires pushing, pulling, and lifting 50 pounds or more and pushing or pulling up to 450 pounds on wheels
- Benefits become effective first of the month after hire
