Base pay $20.00 per hour to start, with up to $2.00 more per hour based on delivery volume. Tips typically $1.00–$3.00 per hour, plus $0.25 per hour for cell phone reimbursement and $0.72 per mile for mileage. Expect about 4.5 deliveries per hour at roughly 4 miles per delivery.
