- Pick up cores, returns, and warranty parts from customers and bring them back correctly documented
- Do a walk-around inspection of the delivery vehicle before and after each shift and report any problems
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and follow all traffic and safety laws
Cross-training (between routes)
- Retail counter: help walk-in customers, look up parts by VIN, quote prices, and ring up sales
- Wholesale phones: take calls from repair shops, look up part numbers, check stock, and enter orders
- Customer parts requests: answer calls from retail customers, give pricing and availability, and set up special orders
- Help receive and put away the daily factory parts delivery
- Help with stocking, binning, and keeping the parts room organized
What we’re looking for
- Valid Washington driver’s license with a clean driving record (must pass an MVR check and be insurable under our policy)
- Reliable, on time, and able to work on your own
- Good with people in person and on the phone
- Comfortable with computers, or willing to learn a parts catalog and dealer system
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (brake rotors, batteries, fluids)

- Automotive or parts experience is a plus but not required. We’ll train the right person.
