Inventory Administrator

The company is hiring a UK based employer for a fully remote Inventory Administrator role working from South Africa. You will maintain stock records, investigate discrepancies and ensure the system matches the physical inventory.

• Record goods received and dispatched against orders
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies with the warehouse team
• Maintain product records, codes and units of measure
• Prepare stock reports and support cycle counts
• Flag low stock and slow moving lines to the buying team
• Keep supplier delivery documentation filed and traceable

• Experience with stock, inventory or order administration
• Confident in Excel or Google Sheets, including lookups and filters
• Familiarity with an ERP or stock system such as Unleashed, Cin7 or Sage
• Methodical approach to reconciling numbers that do not agree
• Reliable, consistent data entry under volume
• Nice to have exposure to cycle counting or stocktake processes
