Warehouse Associate

The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, handling, and distribution of HVAC equipment and materials. This position is essential to maintaining efficient logistics and supporting both internal teams and customer project timelines.

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders for delivery or shipment
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts and other warehouse equipment
• Organize and maintain inventory in a clean, safe, and efficient manner
• Perform regular cycle counts and assist with inventory control processes
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, project management, and operations) to ensure timely fulfillment of orders
• Assist with staging equipment for project deliveries and job site readiness
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and adhere to all safety protocols
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and report any maintenance needs

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1–3 years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred
• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (50+ lbs regularly)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills (inventory systems, shipping software a plus)
• Reliable, team-oriented, and strong work ethic

This is a full-time, non-exempt position with an hourly pay range of $25-28/hr and eligibility for overtime pay.
