Project Manager for highway and bridge construction projects, responsible for project P&L, safety, personnel management, and client communication.

• Maintain a “Safety First” attitude and positive communication with clients.
• Supervise, manage, and direct personnel selection, training, development, and work assignments.
• Plan and execute projects according to specifications, budgets, and schedules, resolving conflicts proactively.
• Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and daily field activities to ensure project progression.
• Provide leadership through example, knowledge sharing, and stakeholder communication.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years managing construction projects over $50 M.
• Proficiency in Primavera 6 CPM, MS Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
