This position assists Calvary Kid’s during church services, Bible studies, events and other activities as determined by the Calvary Kid’s Director and manages all social media platforms for the Sebastian campus.

• Maintain regular communication with volunteers, staff, and families (Proverbs 1:5)
• Plan and prepare Sebastian Calvary Kids events including Sebastian Campus VBS (Proverbs 22:6)
• Prepare group materials for classrooms
• Coordinate the monthly preparation and distribution of curriculum and volunteer scheduling (1 Corinthians 15:58)
• Manage social media platforms for Sebastian campus
• Support classrooms as needed (1 Peter 4:10)
• Assist during Wednesday and Weekend services
• Recruit and train volunteers and commencement of volunteers and training
• Plan and lead an annual volunteer refresher training to equip and encourage continued service (Hebrews 13:17)
• Develop and maintain Excel spreadsheets, distribution lists, calendars, and all related memos and documents (1 Corinthians 14:40)
• Submit purchase requests for supplies as needed
• Schedule and lead kids’ staff meetings as needed (Ephesians 4:16)
• Function as a productive part of the church staff and attend staff meetings in coordination with direct supervisor
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor (Colossians 3:23)

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in dealing with parents
• Must be able to interact with child(ren) while overseeing the rest of the classroom
• Must have good judgment and decision‑making skills
• Able to lift 35 lbs., any child over 35 lbs. will require help
