Store Support, Customer Service Rep

The Home Depot Store Support role focuses on non-sales functions to support the customer experience, including order fulfillment, helping customers in the lot, and providing administrative services. This position requires cooperation with associates, vendors, and carriers, attention to detail, and strong time management to meet store objectives.

• Ensure an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience and assist customers in the lot; provide administrative services as needed.
• Direct customers or vendors to store departments or merchandise, answer questions on product order status, and assist with cash management or program compliance as applicable.
• Work cooperatively with other associates, vendors, and carriers; remain focused on store-specific objectives while performing key operational responsibilities with a high level of integrity.
• Position may include roles such as Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.

• Ability to work cooperatively with associates, vendors, and carriers; detail-oriented with proven time management skills.
