Base Pay Range

$19.00/hr - $32.00/hr

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation may be paid in premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Apparel associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance and recommend merchandise based on customer needs. After moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor, they maintain clothing racks, tables, and displays to ensure proper order throughout the day.
