The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also support tasks like merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a High Volume FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
• Working scheduled shifts from Monday to Thursday, subject to business needs.
• Communicating proactively with the District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress and issues.
• Completing planograms, resets, and store measurements accurately and promptly.
• Performing inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Completing the Tractor Way top cap process and store price changes timely.
• Hanging signage such as Circulars, Price Cuts, and Managers’ Specials.
• Assembling merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Reviewing planogram integrity and performing detailed recovery.
• Delivering Legendary Customer Service via GURA:
  Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, Add Value, and Appreciate.
• Ensuring a memorable shopping experience that sets us apart.
• Providing peak coverage as needed (e.g., DAT).
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Experience:

Prior retail or merchandising experience required; farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred. Must be 18+ years old.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not mandatory. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ethical conflict resolution.
• Self-directed with minimal assistance required.

• Mostly indoor work with moderate noise levels.
• Hard surfaces (concrete, asphalt) with adequate lighting and temperature.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store.
• Maintain safety and productivity standards.

• Move, lift (up to 50 lbs.), push, and pull merchandise, sometimes with equipment.
• Reach overhead, stand, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders.
• Move throughout the store for entire shifts.
• Effective communication skills.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete all required training successfully.
