Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Virtual Assistant/ Remote Admin, Business Administration, Administrative Management
We're looking for an Executive Assistant to support Joe Hudson, founder of The Art of Accomplishment. The right person is organized, anticipates needs, and handles sensitive information with discretion. You're comfortable navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and the occasional unconventional request. You take initiative without needing permission for every move.
Schedule & LocationThis is a part‑time role (~20 hours/week) with flexible, on‑call availability rather than fixed hours. You'll need to be responsive and adaptable as priorities shift. Ideally, you'd visit our office in Sebastopol 1‑2 days a week.
