Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine Physician
We are seeking a dedicated Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine Physician to join our wellness team part-time.
- Provide osteopathic manipulation and primary care evaluations for patients of all ages, supporting both acute and chronic conditions.
- Lead within the care team, promote patient self-management, and coordinate care to improve health outcomes.
- Document clinical encounters accurately in the electronic medical record and maintain licensure and certifications.
- Contribute to population health management and collaborate with interdisciplinary practitioners.
- Maintain high professional and ethical standards through ongoing education.
