• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing all jobs from beginning to end
• Meet with clients at their homes or job sites to showcase appropriate flooring samples
• Follow established processes using tablet and computer software
• Oversee project management, ensuring seamless installation by engaging with installers
• Build a network for long‑term relationship building and lead generation

• Experience in customer service, specifically discussing key features and benefits with clients
• Must have experience working in the flooring industry, including knowledge of flooring types and production processes
• Proficient with technology, including the use of Salesforce, Asana, and other software
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and pass a background check
• Highly organized individual capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously

• Previous experience in a design or sales role within the flooring industry
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster client relationships
• Familiarity with project management tools and customer relationship management software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for home improvement and helping clients achieve their vision
