TLC Child and Family Services, home to Journey Academy, is seeking an Overnight Counselor to provide supervision, protection and care for youth in a 24/7 residential setting on our Sebastopol campus.
You will support youth in group and individual work, document progress, and communicate with clinical staff to ensure a safe, structured environment. A BA is preferred, valid CA driver’s license is required, and Spanish bilingual abilities are a plus.
