Mon, Tue, Thur 7:30am-5pm Wed 7:30am-4:00pm Fri 7:30am-1:00pm NO WEEKENDS - Patient Load: 20-25 PPD

- Practice call is shared with current providers, so would be one week every 2 months.
- Ideal Candidate:
Board Certified/Eligible in FM or IM MD/DO - Licensure: Active FL license with no restrictions
