• Adhere to the indoor merchandising guide to maintain consistent department and signage standards.
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels through stock counts, scanning outs, and reconciling discrepancies.
• Oversee the recovery process to keep the department neat, organized, and visually appealing.
• Coordinate and execute price changes accurately with relevant teams.
• Manage playbook implementations and planogram sets to ensure products are aligned with company guidelines.
• Maintain high cleanliness and order, enforcing sanitation and safety protocols.
• Provide exceptional customer service using the customer engagement model for inquiries, product location, and concern resolution.
• Support front‑end transactions or loadouts as required.
• Use general office equipment such as telephone, copy machine, fax machine, calculator, and computer.
• Operate handheld devices, forklifts, pallet jacks, ladders, and other retail equipment.
• Participate in cross‑training for flexibility in various departments and responsibilities.
• Engage in learning initiatives such as training programs, workshops, and webinars.
• Provide friendly, proactive, professional internal and external support to others.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• At least 2 years of retail experience with knowledge of a specific department.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Active listening and thorough response capabilities.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and evolving business needs.
• Flexible mindset to navigate ambiguity and uncertainty.
• Strong problem‑solving skills to address issues swiftly.
• Composure and focus during high‑pressure situations.

• Flexibility with hours: 40‑hour workweek with varied days, nights, and weekends as business dictates.

• Seated or standing position for extended durations.
• Lift, push, or pull a minimum of 30 pounds repetitively and 31‑50 pounds intermittently.
• Use of a ladder and/or pallet jack.
• Navigate and access all facilities.
• Effective verbal communication with others.
• Close vision required for computer‑related tasks.
