Our Patient Care Technicians provide high-quality patient care to patients suffering from the most advanced stage of chronic kidney disease (ESRD). As a PCT, you will monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording vital statistics, initiating cannulation, observing patients, and setting up the hemodialysis machine. Your technical skills and genuine passion will help develop deep relationships with patients and improve their quality of life.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a desire to care for people and be comfortable working around blood and needles.
• Experienced PCTs must have current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO or other state‑approved certification.
• Experienced PCTs are required to have current BLS/CPR certification.

$21.69 – $28.80 / hour depending on experience and qualifications.
